Mark Dulson

Mark Dulson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Mark currently works as an Independent Mortgage Broker at London Mortgage Partners, where they advise clients from across the UK on various mortgage options. Mark specializes in complex cases and has gained extensive knowledge in the mortgage process, CRM systems, compliance, lead generation, and pipeline management.

Prior to their current role, Mark was a Property Investor & Portfolio Landlord, using their expertise in property investment. Mark also co-founded ACE Golf Management Limited, where they served as the Head PGA Advanced Golf Professional. Within this role, they managed a team of PGA Professional staff, developed business plans, and built relationships with golf course operators and business leaders.

Mark has also worked as the Head PGA Golf Professional at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club, responsible for golf tuition and pro management. Mark served as a PGA County Golf Coach for the Warwickshire Ladies County Golf Association, and as the Head Golf Coach at Aspire2Be Coaching, where they managed the golf academy and provided elite coaching. Mark'sroles in the golf industry have allowed him to develop skills in people management, time management, financial planning, and accounting.

Mark attended The London Institute of Banking & Finance in 2022, where they obtained a Level 3 CeRER Regulated Equity Release Advice certification. In the same year, they also completed a Level 3 CertPRO Regulated Protection Advice program.

From 2021 to 2022, Mark pursued a Level 4 CeMAP Diploma in Advanced Mortgage Advice at The London Institute of Banking & Finance. Prior to that, in 2021, they completed a Level 3 CeMAP Mortgage Advice course at the same institution.

Mark's education journey took a different path before entering the financial sector. In 1998, they attended the Professional Golfers Association and obtained a PGA Level 3 certification in Professional Golf. Mark then pursued a GNVQ in Leisure Management at City College Norwich from 1993 to 1995. Before that, they completed their GCSEs at Cliff Park High School from 1989 to 1993.

Additionally, Mark has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they completed CPD courses including Complaints Handling, GDPR: Module 2, and Anti-Money Laundering at Paradigm Consulting. In 2022, they achieved a CerRER Level 3 certification and CertPRO Level 3 certification from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. In the same year, they obtained a CeMAP Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Mortgage Advice. Prior to that, in 2021, Mark completed a CeMAP Level 1-2-3 program at The London Institute of Banking & Finance. In 2002, they obtained a PGA Level 3 - Golf Professional certification from The Professional Golfers' Association.
