Arnold Mburu

Arnold Mburu, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Franchise Operations for Kenya at The Coca-Cola Company, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Arnold was a Channel & Category Developer for Upfield, focusing on Blueband in Eastern and Southern Africa, and also participated as a Youth Advisory Board Member. Arnold's extensive experience at L'Oréal spanned from December 2016 to September 2022, where roles included Customer Development Manager for East Africa, Trade Marketing Manager for Kenya, Key Account Manager, and Supply Chain Officer, beginning as a Management Trainee. Arnold has also been an Ambassador for One Young World and worked as a Junior Financial Accountant at Essilor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Strathmore University and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, alongside CPA (K) certification in Accounting, Finance, and Tax from Strathmore University.
