Charles Donnell

Charles Donnell serves as the Global Senior Director of Learning Innovation & Experience at The Coca-Cola Company since May 2024. Previously, Charles held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Learning & Talent Management at Endeavor, where responsibility encompassed learning and development for a diverse global organization that includes prominent sports and entertainment brands. Prior roles include Director of Global Learning & Talent Development at PVH Corp., where innovations in talent development and learning technology were implemented, and Director of Digital Learning & Learning Experience Design at Accenture, leading transformative projects for Fortune 500 companies. Early career experience includes leadership and talent development roles at S&P Global and IBM, where recognition was achieved for designing effective leadership programs and managing comprehensive learning initiatives. Charles Donnell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Aston University and an HR Analytics certification from Cornell University.
