Charlotte Wolf Tarfa serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Succession at The Coca-Cola Company, previously holding the role of Global Senior Director of Talent & Development. With extensive experience in talent development and leadership training, Charlotte has been a key partner to executive leaders, implementing high-quality talent strategies for approximately 8,500 employees worldwide. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Charlotte held various positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), including Director of Corporate and Leadership Learning & Development, where responsibilities included maximizing corporate learning and driving performance. Recognized for achievements in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, Charlotte has also authored several impactful policies and established employee resource groups within IHG. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from Gilde Food & Hospitality College, a PHR/SPHR Certification Review from Emory University, and studies in Occupational and Organizational Psychology at NTI.
