Jane Thompson

Jane Thompson is an experienced professional in regulatory support and flavor management, currently serving as Flavor Regulatory Manager at The Coca-Cola Company since June 2011, where regulatory compliance and documentation for internally produced flavors are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Jane held various positions including Ingredient and Formula Specification Specialist and Principal Lab Analyst, as well as Senior Lab Analyst at the University of Notre Dame. Jane began academic work as an Undergraduate Researcher, focusing on the growth of graphene for transistors. Jane holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Chemistry from Saint Mary's College.
