Patricia Olivares currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Insights for LATAM at The Coca-Cola Company, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Patricia was the Global Director of Consumer Insights at Electrolit USA from November 2022 to April 2024. Patricia also held several positions at The Coca-Cola Company from 2012 to 2022, including Director of Consumer Insights for LATAM and Insights and Intelligence Head. Earlier in their career, Patricia worked at Monsanto as Market Intelligence Manager for Latin America, at Cadbury plc. as Market Research Manager, and at PepsiCo Sabritas in Research and Development for Product Development and Sensory and Consumer Science. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Food Technology from Universidad Iberoamericana, complemented by diplomas in Marketing and Advanced Statistics from Universidad Iberoamericana and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, respectively.
