Saakshi Sharma

Saakshi Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple renowned organizations. Currently serving as a People and Culture Leader at The Coca-Cola Company since February 2024, Saakshi previously held the position of Director HR at Flipkart, where responsibilities included driving HR strategy for Data Science, Product and Engineering across various regions. Prior to Flipkart, Saakshi was a Talent Management Leader at Amazon, focusing on organizational design and talent development. Additional experience includes roles at Microsoft as an HR Manager, Aon Hewitt as a Senior Consultant, Godrej as Manager HR, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Executive Assistant to the Chief of HR. Saakshi holds an MBA in HR from SCMHRD, completed in 2006.
