Silvia Docampo has extensive experience in marketing leadership, currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing Capabilities at The Coca-Cola Company since January 2006, where responsibilities include managing a team of 12 and overseeing the Water Business in Europe. Previous roles at Coca-Cola include Brand Director for Tea & Coffee, co-leading the global creative platform for FUZETEA, and serving as the Fanta Project Director for Western Europe, focused on new brand positioning. Additional marketing management experiences encompass Coca-Cola Marketing Manager and various brand management positions in Iberia. Prior to Coca-Cola, Silvia worked at General Mills as Brand Manager for Old El Paso and Häagen Dazs, and began their career as a Product Specialist at Citibank. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in Innovation for Growth from IE Business School, a leadership program from Esade, and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Sciences from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
