Wayne Zitsch

Wayne Zitsch is an accomplished leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Director of Learning, Leadership Development & Capabilities Enabling Services at The Coca-Cola Company. Previously, Zitsch held the position of Director of Learning Enablement and Senior Vice President at Truist, as well as Director of Learning Operations and Delivery and Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank. Zitsch also served as Manager of Curriculum Architecture & Design and Development at Bank of America and worked as an Instructional Designer/Project Manager/Consultant at IBM. Zitsch holds an MBA in Information Technology from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University.
