Jessica Howell

Jessica Howell has a strong background in research and policy. Jessica began their career as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board from 1995 to 1997. Jessica then moved on to become an Associate Professor of Economics at California State University, Sacramento from 2003 to 2011. Since 2011, they have been working at The College Board in various roles, including Executive Director of Policy Research and Vice President of Research.

Jessica Howell obtained a BBA in Economics from James Madison University in 1994. Jessica then pursued an MA in Economics from Miami University in 1995. Later, Jessica earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2003.
