Mike Hickling has extensive experience in marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing. Mike started their career as a Production Coordinator at Health & Wellness Channel in 2011 and then moved on to be a Product Marketing Manager at evox OmniMedia, PBC in 2012. After that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Hearst Digital Marketing Services in 2014. Recently, they have been working at The College of Saint Rose, where they have held roles such as Manager of Digital Recruitment and Web Communications, Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, and currently as the Director of Marketing. Throughout their career, they have showcased skills in marketing strategy development, audience targeting, and campaign execution.

Mike Hickling earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Finance and Art from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2010. In 2019, they completed a program in Web Accessibility Evaluation for Technical Users at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
