Crystal Miner serves as the Builders Association of North Central Florida Building Maintenance Apprenticeship Chair, focusing on increasing enrollment in apprenticeship programs through collaboration with educational institutions and industry leaders. Additionally, Crystal is the Thrive Chair for the Greater Gainesville Young Professionals, where responsibilities include organizing professional development events and fostering connections within the community. In the role of Cultural Performance Leader at The Collier Companies, Crystal emphasizes team member satisfaction and standardizes onboarding processes, while also working as a Regional Leasing Strategist to enhance client experiences and achieve leasing goals. Crystal's previous experience includes a successful tenure at Dillard's Inc. as a Sales Manager, leading sales initiatives and managing a high-performing team, and serving as the Beauty Sales Manager responsible for luxury cosmetic brands. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.
