Deborah Pearson

Deborah Pearson, CAM, currently serves as a Community Manager at The Collier Companies since June 2022 and has been self-employed as a Cloth Diaper Enthusiast since April 2016. Prior professional experience includes roles as Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from November 2021 to June 2022 and as Property Manager at MAA from October 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and resident interactions. Earlier in the career at Legacy Partners, Deborah held various positions including Assistant Manager and Leasing Professional, achieving a nomination for the 2011 AAMD Most Outstanding Assistant Manager. Education was pursued at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010.
