Manuel Depina

Manuel Depina is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at The Colonnade Hotel since May 2013. Previously, Manuel held the position of Sous Chef at Smith & Wollensky from July 2011 to July 2014. Manuel is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Cambridge, where foundational culinary skills were acquired.
