Emilie Ellis

Emilie Ellis, MA, is a seasoned professional in program management and grant administration with extensive experience in public health and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The Colorado Health Foundation since May 2023, Emilie previously held a similar role at the First Nations Development Institute, managing a project portfolio over $9M, focusing on Native lands and health initiatives. Emilie's prior experience includes leading the COPE Program as Director at Partners In Health, developing innovative community programs on the Navajo Nation, and managing grants in various capacities. Emilie holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and International Studies-Linguistics from UC San Diego.
