AJ Minotte has a strong background in project management and product development. They started their career as a Project Engineer at Briggs & Stratton in 2004 and worked on various projects related to design, new product development, emissions compliance, system design, and production support. In 2012, they joined The Comfort Company as the Director of Product Development, where they were responsible for leading product development initiatives. From 2017 to present, AJ has been working at Permobil in various director roles, including Director of Product Development, Director of Project Management, and currently as the Director of Program Management Office. Their expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving product development.
AJ Minotte attended Marquette University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
