Marina Chelak

Marina Chelak is an experienced community builder and program coordinator with a strong background in supporting startups and fostering impactful communities. Currently serving in multiple roles, including Community Cohort #4 at The Community Collective and Program Coordinator at the Melbourne Accelerator Program, Marina has previously led initiatives as Chapter Lead for Burning Heroes Australia and as Community Programs Manager at Academy Xi. With a degree in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences, Marina has successfully crafted mentoring programs, organized events, and coordinated impactful community initiatives throughout a diverse career in both the non-profit and startup sectors.
