Phillip Howard

Phillip Howard is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various senior roles. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at the Community College of Baltimore County since May 2022, Phillip previously held the position of Senior Accountant at Montgomery College from September 2006 to May 2022, where responsibilities included preparing year-end financial statements and leading audit efforts. Prior experience includes senior accounting roles at QIAGEN, Flowserve Corporation, Carroll County Mutual Insurance Company, Igen International, Danfoss/ECI, and Intersolv Inc., with responsibilities ranging from monthly and year-end closings to financial statement preparation and revenue analysis. Phillip holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Towson State University and has foundational academic experience from Montgomery College.
