Stephen Dodson

As a leader in the Rockwork division, Stephen brings more than 25 years of experience to Nassal. In the role of Rockwork Operations Director, Stephen will lead the rockwork group inclusive of oversight of all preconstruction, design, and execution of all field activities.

Stephen has been an integral part of Nassal for the last 20 years, and was instrumental in starting the rockwork division, and helping it grow to becoming one of the most renowned rockwork companies globally. Stephen’s first rockwork project under the Nassal flag was the Sharks Underwater Restaurant at SeaWorld Orlando, and he has continued to deliver with his team award-winning projects from theme parks, zoo and habitat exhibits, aquariums, resorts, and other specialty exhibits around the world. Prior to joining Nassal, Stephen was with The Larson Company for over 15 years.

He holds an Accounting and Economics Studies from Emile Wolfe College, Georgetown, Guyana.
