Lucy Allard

Lucy Allard has extensive experience in product development within the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Product Development at The Compleat Food Group since September 2014, following roles as Senior Development Manager and Product Development Manager. Previous positions include Product Manager at Little Dish and Product Development Manager at both Krispy Kreme and Sainsbury's, where expertise was focused on chilled desserts and confectionery. Lucy started their career as a Category Product Developer at Hotel Chocolat and held a long tenure as Product Development Manager at Kinnerton Confectionery. Lucy holds a BSc Hons degree in Psychology from London Metropolitan University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
