Yijia Yang

Yijia Yang is a dedicated professional with a strong background in real estate, finance, and research. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Atlanta Young Leaders Group at the Urban Land Institute since August 2024, Yijia has held various roles at The Concord Group, LLC as both Manager and Senior Associate Consultant since July 2018. Previous experiences include participation in the Young Leader Designation and Associate Membership at Urban Land Institute, board membership with The Scripps Student Investment Fund, and multiple analyst positions across prominent firms such as Clifford Swan Investment Counselors and JLL. Yijia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics and Politics from Scripps College, alongside additional education in economics and international relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science. With ongoing credentials as a CFA Level II Candidate and a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis from UC Irvine, Yijia combines academic excellence with practical industry experience.
