Brandy Hercules

Brandy Hercules is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Program Instructor at The Connection since September 2022, Brandy instructs culinary classes and manages equipment and supply needs. Brandy has held multiple positions at Erickson Senior Living since February 2017, including Line Chef and Garde Mange, where expertise in culinary techniques and process improvement were demonstrated. Additionally, Brandy gained valuable experience through internships at Boston Children's Hospital and TD Bank Homeplate Catering, enhancing skills in nutrition education and large-scale catering. Brandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
