Pia Benham has a diverse range of work experience in the retail and design industry. Pia began their career at llewelyn bowen ltd as the Head of Studio, managing creative partnerships with various licensing contracts and overseeing design work for finished products. Pia then worked at LB&A ltd as the Head of Design, where they organized and managed the day-to-day operations of an interior design company and led client liaising and project management for commercial and residential projects. Pia then joined mydeco.com as the Market Development Director, responsible for leading the creative design content and establishing partnerships with industry players. Pia later joined Heals, where they held positions as the Head of Fabric & Design, setting up and managing the company's own label home product offering, and the Head of Collections, managing buying teams and collaborating with senior management on creative ideas and trends. Currently, Pia serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Conran Shop.
