Lyall Reed

Lyall Reed possesses extensive experience in political roles, currently serving as Deputy Chairman (Political) for the Sunderland Conservatives since May 2021, where responsibilities include managing local political campaigns and policy development. Additionally, Lyall is a Council Member for Sunderland City Council, representing a constituency of over 6,000 residents and holding shadow cabinet positions in Environment and Transport, as well as Housing and Regeneration. Previously, Lyall served in multiple capacities within the Sunderland Conservatives, including Deputy Chairman focused on membership and fundraising. Lyall's earlier career includes experience in customer service roles at The Portland Hotel, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from Northumbria University.
