Anil Balarama

Anil Balarama has extensive work experience in technology and engineering leadership roles. Anil is currently the Director of Technology at The Container Store since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JCPenney as an Engineering Leader from 2018 to 2021, where they led a native apps team and implemented various digital initiatives. Before JCPenney, they worked at Target from 2007 to 2018, holding positions such as Sr Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager. At Target, they played a key role in re-architecting the Subscriptions capability and leading technology assessments for mergers and acquisitions. Anil also has experience working at Service Net as a Project Lead and at Corbus, LLC as a Systems Analyst. Anil started their career at Unique Computing Solutions as a Software Engineer.

Anil Balarama holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University.
