Vivian Duong

Vivian Duong has a strong background in software engineering and technical support, currently working at The Contingent since May 2022 as a Software Engineer and Technical Specialist. Prior to this role, Vivian served as a Technical Assistant at Washington State University from July 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues, imaging devices for faculty, and updating lab and classroom technology. Vivian also gained experience as a Data Technician Intern at Trillium Solutions, Inc. in 2021, utilizing General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) software for transit data management. Vivian holds a degree from Washington State University, earned between August 2020 and May 2023, and previously attended the University of Washington from 2017 to 2020.
