The board of directors at The Cooper Companies has a history of experience in various industries and fields. Some previous experiences of the board members include being an independent director at Treasury Wine Estates, being on an executive secondment to Catalyst at Procter & Gamble, and being a director at PDL BioPharma and First Republic Bank. The CEO and President of S.G. Management, Inc. is also a member of the board, as well as a partner at KPMG. All members of the board have received a Business/Commerce, General degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
