Troy Ellsoos

Troy Ellsoos has extensive experience in operations management within the countertop manufacturing industry. Troy is currently the Director of Operations at The Countertop Factory Midwest, overseeing multiple divisions and implementing technologies to drive continuous improvement. Prior to this, they were the Director of Surfaces at Construction Resources, where they managed three plants and ensured budget and financial targets were met. Troy also served as the Operations Manager at Mainland Stoneworks, implementing strategies and introducing automation equipment to improve production efficiencies. Troy has a strong background in business consulting and was the Chief Executive Officer of their own countertop manufacturing company, Surface Solutions Inc. Throughout their career, they have successfully reduced overhead costs, improved manufacturing methods, and implemented sustainable production models.

Troy Ellsoos obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Phoenix College, where they studied from 1986 to 1988. Troy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Arizona, attending from 1988 to 1991.
