Sascha Staley

Sascha Staley has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Human Resources Director at The Country Club at DC Ranch since May 2021. Before that, they held the same role at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa from May 2020 to May 2021. Prior to these roles, Sascha worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for several years. They started as a Spa Coordinator in 2011 and eventually became Assistant Director of People & Culture (Human Resources) for the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. They also served as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing staffing and recruitment for a 400+ employee resort. In this role, they collaborated with Hiring Managers, implemented recruiting strategies, and managed a budget. Sascha also gained experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, supporting the HR department by posting positions, screening candidates, and directing HR-related queries. Throughout their various roles, they demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills by supervising staff and managing budgets.

Sascha Staley attended Arizona State University from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
