Johnathan Pass

Johnathan Pass has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Johnathan currently holds the position of Sales Director at The County Group, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Cluster Sales Manager at the same company starting in May 2022. Before their time at The County Group, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Lyreco UK and Ireland from April 2019 to January 2022.

Johnathan also spent a significant portion of their career at Swinton Group, where they held various roles. Johnathan was an Area Development Manager from February 2016 to March 2019 and a Retail Network Manager from November 2013 to January 2016. Johnathan also served as an Area Manager from July 2006 to October 2013 and as a Branch Manager from July 2002 to June 2006.

Prior to their tenure at Swinton Group, Johnathan worked at COLONNADE INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED. Johnathan held the position of Cluster Manager from April 1999 to June 2002, Branch Manager from February 1997 to March 1999, and Assistant Branch Manager from February 1995 to January 1997. Johnathan began their career as a Customer Service Representative at the same company from May 1989 to January 1995.

In addition, Johnathan has a brief work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Peterson Agencies Ltd from February 1988 to May 1989.

Johnathan Pass attended Ecclesfield Comprehensive from 1983 to 1988. Johnathan did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. Following that, they enrolled at Babbington Business College from 1988 to 1989, where they obtained an NVQ degree in Insurance.
