Chelly Johnson-Jones is an experienced professional with a strong background in contracting and contract management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since January 2022, Chelly also holds a position as a Supervisory Contract Specialist at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency since July 2016. Previously, Chelly worked as a Contracting Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as a Contract Specialist at the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration from November 2006 to May 2011. Chelly earned a degree from Mount St. Mary's University between 2003 and 2006.
