Peter Balistreri is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a culinary trainer at The Crack Shack since January 2023, Peter has been an integral part of Tender Greens since June 2008, holding multiple titles including Executive Chef and Regional Chef for the East Coast, instrumental in the brand's expansion and the opening of its flagship location in Union Square, NY. Peter has managed daily operations and overseen a large team while enhancing financial performance through effective profit and loss management. Prior to this, Peter worked as Banquet Chef at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, focusing on creating exceptional dining experiences with locally sourced ingredients. Peter holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from California Culinary Academy, completed in 2007.
