Brian Thompson

Brian Thompson is a seasoned professional in the healthcare information technology industry, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care at The Craneware Group since December 2014. In this role, Brian leads a customer-focused team to drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and success, ensuring clients derive maximum value from The Craneware Group's solutions. Prior to this, Brian held various positions at Siemens Healthcare from 1995 to 2014, including Regional Vice President for New Business Sales and Director of Business Development, responsible for new business sales and national sales operations within the healthcare market. Brian's career also includes early roles at Shared Medical Systems and Suburban General Hospital, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Information Systems from Robert Morris University.
