Cheryl Bowling

Cheryl Bowling, RHIT, CCS, CHC, C-CDI, is a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Craneware since March 2020, Cheryl is dedicated to enhancing facilities' financial well-being, coding accuracy, and revenue cycles while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring others. Previous roles include Client Compliance Partner at samstaff, Director of Audit and Compliance at Oxford HIM, and Regional Coding Director at himagine solutions inc. Additionally, Cheryl has worked as Compliance Manager at Kforce Healthcare and Coding Manager at McLaren Medical Center, among other positions, where responsibilities ranged from managing coding departments to overseeing medical records operations. Cheryl holds certifications as an ICD-10 Certified AHIMA Trainer and has an educational background that includes studies at Mott Community College, Oakland University, and Saginaw Valley State University, following a graduate education at Dryden High School.
