Marharyta Zhyvytsia

Marharyta Zhyvytsia has a diverse work experience in a range of roles and companies. Marharyta currently works as the Head of Operations at The Credit Thing since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at monobank from 2017 to 2020 in various roles, including Training and Development Specialist, Quality Assessor, and Customer Services Support Operator. Marharyta also has experience working at PrivatBank as a HelpDesk Operator and Telemarketing Operator. Overall, Marharyta has experience in operations management, training and development, quality assessment, customer support, and sales.

Marharyta Zhyvytsia earned a Master's degree in Management from The National Metallurgical Academy Of Ukraine, completing their studies from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they completed a certification in Project Management from the Computer School Hillel (IT School). In January 2020, they obtained a certification in Leading Teams from Coursera. Marharyta also acquired certification in Simple Retrieval Queries in MySQL Workbench from Coursera in October 2020. Most recently, in April 2023, they completed certifications in Agile Project Management and Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere from Coursera.
