Patricia Townsend

Patricia Townsend has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Patricia currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Services at Crisis Center of Tampa Bay since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of Clinical Services at the same organization from August 2021 to August 2022. Patricia also worked as a Trauma Therapist at Crisis Center of Tampa Bay from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, Patricia worked as a Family Counselor at Adoption Related Services of Pinellas from July 2020 to November 2020.

In the past, they held various roles at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, including Residential Program Manager from January 2019 to February 2020, Therapist from June 2017 to December 2018, and PSOC from July 2013 to May 2017.

Patricia also worked as a Trauma Intervention Specialist at Healing Hurt People-Chicago from August 2015 to May 2017.

Patricia gained experience outside the social services field through their roles at Mediagistic. Patricia worked as a Key Account Manager from February 2012 to June 2013 and as an Account Executive from June 2010 to February 2012. Patricia started their career at Mediagistic as an Intern in June 2009.

Patricia Townsend has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they obtained in 2009. Patricia then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the same institution from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Patricia also completed another Master's degree in International Business at Maastricht University. Most recently, they earned a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Chicago, which they completed between 2014 and 2017.
