Tiffany Dufu has had a long and successful career in a variety of roles. In 2002, they began their career as Associate Director of Development at Seattle Girls' School. In 2004, they moved to Simmons College to become a Major Gifts Officer. In 2006, they joined The White House Project as President and Vice President of Development & Administration. In 2012, they were part of the Launch Team for Lean In. In 2013, they became the Chief Leadership Officer at Levo. In 2016, they joined Girls Who Code as a Board Member. In 2017, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Simmons University. Finally, in 2018, they founded and became CEO of The Cru, a constellation of women committed to helping one another thrive.
Tiffany Dufu holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Washington in English.
