Ray Jarrett

Ray Jarrett currently holds the position of Product & Services Ambassador at Impact Foundation, guiding donor/investors in transformational investments. As the Executive Director of Unite KC, Ray focuses on fostering racial healing and reconciliation through education and community engagement. Additionally, Ray serves on the board of Kansas/Missouri & Heartland Thrivent Member Networks and as a board member of The Culture House, while also presiding as President of the Board of Directors at Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center. With experience as Principal Leadership & Business Strategist at IMPACT Leadership Resources and prior roles including Director of Support Services at DS Bus Lines and Location General Manager at First Student, Ray has a robust background in operations management and strategic leadership. Educational background includes time at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1982 to 1986.
