Bogdan Rossokha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM and business development. Currently serving as the CRM & Omni-Channel Manager at The Customization Group since August 2022, Bogdan previously held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Web Shield, focusing on account management and client relationship building in Eastern Europe and globally. Additional experience includes roles as Client Manager at Abramo Customer Care S.p.A., where client management and e-commerce customer service were emphasized, and Product Management at MonoCode, a graphic design agency. A background in marketing was established through managing social media and advertising campaigns for various companies at a marketing agency. Bogdan holds a Specialist degree in Psychology of Management from Moscow Humanitarian-Technical Academy, attained between 2009 and 2014.
