Dylan Thiessen

Dylan Thiessen is an emerging visual storyteller with experience as a Freelance Photographer since January 2023, alongside a role as Senior Photographer at The Daily Tar Heel since February 2022. Dylan has also contributed as a Staff Photojournalist at The Baltimore Banner from June 2023 to August 2023 and gained cross-departmental insights as a Creative Intern at The Brandon Agency in summer 2024, focusing on copywriting, production, graphic design, and video editing. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with an expected graduation in 2025.
