Debbie Freeman

Debbie Freeman serves as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations at The Dalton School since August 2003, bringing over 20 years of expertise in alumni engagement and policy development. In this role, Debbie oversees alumni program planning, coordinates key engagement initiatives, and establishes strategies to inspire alumni participation, achieving a notable annual fund participation rate of over 20%. Additionally, Debbie develops multi-channel communication strategies, maintaining strong connections with more than 4,700 alumni and hosting 20-25 events annually, which attracted over 1,500 attendees in 2022. Prior to this position, Debbie held the role of Senior Development Associate and Special Events at The Allen-Stevenson School from July 1994 to 2003, managing various aspects of development and event coordination. Debbie holds a BS in Nutrition from the University of Delaware.
