Steven Kasunich

Steven Kasunich is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in operations and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at The Davis Companies since February 2022, Steven oversees the Union Trust Building in Pittsburgh. Prior experience spans nearly two decades at Soffer Organization, culminating in the role of Chief Operating Officer, where Steven led the real estate portfolio and enhanced asset value through leasing and operations. Additional positions held include Senior VP of Leasing and Property Management, VP and General Manager, and Construction Coordinator. Earlier career experiences include managing operations for Foster Plaza at Heitman/Kennedy Wilson and serving as a Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls Inc. Steven holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Marketing from the University of Dayton.
