Louise Kirby

Louise Kirby is the Director of Operations & People at The Deep since June 1999. Prior to that, Louise was the Trustee at Tigers Sport and Education Trust from September 2017 to January 2019. Louise also served as the Business Manager at Laser Trust Fund from June 1998 to February 1999. Their early career includes working as an Assistant to the MD at Pentagon Communications from July 1989 to June 1998. Louise holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2011. Their educational background includes studies at Hull College, Middleburg High School in Florida, South Hunsley, and Rise Hall.
