Ntsako Mgiba

Ntsako Mgiba has a diverse work experience history. Ntsako started in 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Product at Jonga, a tech startup focusing on affordable home security. Ntsako then went on to work as a Marketing Director at ABSIP UCT in 2017. In 2020, they became an Oppenheimer Fellow at Oppenheimer Generations and a Fellow at Harambeans. In 2022, they served as a Product Manager at Yoco, where they implemented cost-saving measures and incident management processes. Most recently, they have taken on roles at The Delta, including Senior Venture Strategist and Principal Solutions Strategist.

Ntsako Mgiba holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Ntsako is currently pursuing a Masters in Information Technology at the same university. In 2019, they completed the Diageo Social Tech Innovators Programme at GIBS Business School. Additionally, they have certifications in Product Masterclass and Contemporary Brand Identity from Product School and Domestika, respectively.
