Chris Kraft has extensive experience in the field of technology and financial systems within government agencies. Currently serving as Deputy CTO for AI and Emerging Technology at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Kraft has previously held roles including Assistant Administrator for Financial Systems at FEMA and Deputy Program Manager for Financial Systems Modernization at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In addition, Kraft has experience as a Project Manager at the U.S. Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center and as Program Manager for Financial Systems Modernization at FEMA. Academically, Kraft holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
