Cynthia Nieves has extensive experience in security and investigations, currently serving as a Customs & Border Protection Officer and previously as a Transportation Security Officer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since October 2016. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Loss Prevention Detective at Boscov's Department Store, where responsibilities included loss prevention support, surveillance, and safety audits. Additional experience includes roles as an Investigative Intern at Advanced Investigations and a Field Agent at Six Flags, focusing on surveillance and information gathering. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Crime Analysis from the University of New Haven and completed a high school program in Carpentry at H C Wilcox Regional Vocational Technical High School.
