Joseph Thomas Goss

Joseph Thomas Goss has extensive experience in training and management, currently serving at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since March 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Senior Manager of Education Services for Technology Training & Support Services at IGT from May 1998 to November 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing training for technicians, operations staff, and external customers on a global scale. Joseph's career began in the U.S. Navy, where from March 1974 to March 1998, Joseph advanced to Chief Petty Officer, Naval Air Crewman, managing operations, training, quality, and personnel, and implementing various training and qualification programs.
