Harry Pearce Gould

Harry Pearce Gould is currently the Director of Policy and Research at The Digital Commonwealth. Prior to this role, Harry held positions such as Research Fellow at The Digital Economy Institute and Manager - Digital, Innovation and Technology at UK Finance. Harry also has experience as an Advisor to a Cabinet Minister and UN Special Representative at the House of Commons. Harry's background includes roles in investor relations and analysis in various companies such as Sook and The Horatius Fund. Harry has a Master's degree in International Political Economy from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Newcastle University.
