Annemieke Beekmans

Annemieke Beekmans is a seasoned professional in sustainable development and inclusive business. Currently serving as the Global Sector Head for Agri Food at SNV since September 2023, Annemieke previously held the position of Director at Aidenvironment from April 2009 to September 2023, focusing on sustainable production and trade. Annemieke's career includes roles as a Senior Consultant at SNV and as an Independent Consultant, where support was provided to clients in launching new services and developing knowledge tools across various global regions. Annemieke holds an MSc in Social Cultural Sciences with a gender specialization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed an executive education program in Strategic Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
