Has managed the creation of the TDD Requirements Checklist Portal Application that compares a states requirement to their State Plan Offering.​

Has managed Fairfax County through The Digital Decisions Comprehensive Smart Community Process. Identifying state of the art solutions to through data collection, data analysis and RFX creation.​
